No, while we specialize in WordPress websites, we can build on any platform you choose (Squarespace, Wix, etc.).

A web host is the server where your website files are held.  When someone types your URL in their browser address box, they are directed to the server where your site is hosted. Your website is then “served” to their browser.

Registering your domain name is just like registering your business name.  It validates you as the owner.

Domain hosting is where the website files for your domain are located.

Our website management service includes maintaining WordPress core and plugin updates, site backups, security monitoring, minor website changes, and phone/email support.

Yes, if you feel a service is not meeting your expectations, you can cancel it at any time.

Yes, we can migrate sites from any other web host. We would only need your hosting account login credentials to accomplish this.

It depends on the project.  If it’s a small, 3-5 page site and you are providing content, we can usually turn that around within a week. If it’s a larger site and we have to create content, it can take 4-6 weeks to complete.

The number of custom integrations would also affect the time involved. The project scope and project time frame would be outlined in the proposal you receive before you pay your deposit.

We are transparent in our process and you will be able to see the work in progress.  You will have every opportunity to change/edit any content or point out design elements you may not like.  Our goal is to deliver a product that you love!

We require a 50% deposit before work starts and the other 50% isn’t due until you’re happy with the final product.  I’ve had many clients come to me saying “I paid another developer, but I don’t like what he did.”

Never pay for something you’re not happy with.

Yes, we can walk you through setting up your accounts or manage them for you.  This includes Google Analytics, Search Console, Business, Shopping, Play Store, etc.

Yes, we can provide WordPress training. The rate is $75/hour.

For email marketing, we’d recommend Active Campaign, Mailchimp, or SendGrid.

It’s really up to you. Most email services are free up to a certain number of contacts, so you can try one or two and see how it feels.

Unfortunately, we no longer accept PayPal payments.

We accept credit/debit cards, checks, bank transfers, and CashApp payments.
